ChroniclerDress Code As mentioned last month, I’ll be running a description of our dress code for performances in the Chronicler for the next few months so that new members have a quick reference in case they have any questions about what to wear. MEN: Full regalia for every performance – kilt, hose, sporran, white shirt, tie, black jacket, etc. Scotland’s poster children! LADIES: Long kilts for evening performances, short kilts for daytime performances. The shirt colour (black or white) will be agreed upon prior to each event, but shirts are always long sleeves or sleeves. Black shirts are worn untucked and white shirts (button-up blouses) are worn tucked in. Add in your black stockings and black shoes and you’re ready for the concert runway!Extract from February 2010 issue of Chronicler. Click on PDF Icon below for full text of newsletter.
